We are looking forward to using our beautiful new spa for years to come. It looks and feels amazing. We’ve wanted to do this for years, and now we finally have what we always wanted. Thank you Barefoot Spas!

My spa is the barefoot spa 77LM 4-6 person. We love it, but the LED light on the side stopped working. When I ask them to come out and fix it, they took a long time, but they did it.
My husband could of done it, but he’s been so busy, we had to wait for the guy to come out. Wasn’t a big deal cause it was just one light, and all it did was pop out the little lens that holds it. All the other little LED lights worked just fine.

I had two spas before this that were also great, but we did not get good use out of them due to some problems we had with maintenance, etc. This spa is VERY easy to take care of. Also, the therapy is a step above the others; our third spa since early 2000’s.
Lastly, what prompted me writing this review is I just got off the phone with Jennifer from barefoot spas customer service, and she was genuinely nice and very kind to us. She helped us take care of a problem we were having with our lid for the spa. She called me back to follow up. She did not have to do that, and this is the kind of customer service I wish I could get everywhere. Thank you Jennifer, and thank you barefoot spas.

The barefoot 77lm hot tub is really nice. I believe if you get a hot tub or something like it, it’s only worth it if you use it regularly. We use it a lot! Between my wife and I, the spa is used pretty much every day. The maintenance is easy. I enjoy the comfort of the seating, and the jet count is real good. I cant wait for next year. We will be getting one for our vacation home in Tennessee!

I recommend Barefoot Spas. We have been using barefoot for 18 years. The manufacturer lives only a short drive from our home, and they’ve treated us well in the past. I I just got the old one replaced. It lasted 17 years until it finally gave up. We had a pad and electrical all there, so bringing in the new one was a non issue.
I really like a lot of the features of the new barefoot spa including access to the inside which will make it easier to make repairs further down the road. We also like the comfort of the seating and the higher jet count than our previous spa.

We have big plans of getting a pool and we were kind of drawn in by the guy at the barefoot spas booth. We decided to get the hot tub now, and get the pool to add to it later. The hot tubs built in to pools were too expensive, and we learned more about those too. They aren’t even that nice. Even the rep at the pool store was saying to get a hot tub too and just do it that way. We are really happy with the barefoot spa. It’s definitely high quality. Barefoot spas got a buch of really good ratings, and I can see why. We don’t use it much in the summer. Once we get the pool I’m sure we will use it more in the winter when the pool is closed.

I really like the type of jets and the number of jets in the barefoot spas hot tub. Everything went well when it got hooked up and delivered. Happy with everything so far.

We decided to buy a hot tub from a store rather than online so we could really get a feel for what we were getting. We stopped at a number of stores before finding Barefoot Spas at the fairgrounds doing a hot tub blowout show. After doing some research, we learned the prices were really good, and much lower than the store. We went with Barefoot spas because of the functionality of the tub and the elegant modern look.
We use the hot tub frequently and enjoy it very much. We highly recommend Barefoot spas 77lm to anyone in the market if you can find one at a blowout show discounted.

I bought a Barefoot spas 77lm to replace my old hot tub which managed to develop leaks throughout the interior plumbing. I purchased the new barefoot spa 10 months ago, and since then have had a series of problems and service calls. It started with a faulty keypad which was replaced TWICE under warranty. The original, and original replacement, lasted barely 2 months! I am now having issues with the keypad AGAIN!
I am very frustrated and Barefoot Spas is now telling me I have a electrical connection issue, and they need to troubleshoot with a certified electrician over the phone. My brother in-law is a contractor with 20 years of experience building houses from the ground up. He hooked up the spa for us, and it is doubtful he did so in error, but now Barefoot spas wants to set up a time to talk with him regarding the connection. He lives in California! What a mess! They will not send me another keypad or send a tech out to replace it again. Clearly the keypad is bad like the others, but Barefoot spas wants to blame the electrical connection? Now I am forced to fork out the money for an electrician to look at it, and I am without a spa for the time being. I need this problem resolved and it is not fair to me to wait, and definitely not fair for me to pay money out of pocket for a hot tub that still does not work properly!!!

Comments: I came across your post, and I’m just trying to play devil’s advocate here. The barefoot spas initiated how many factory warranty claims for you? Sure seams like they are trying to help fix your problem. Do you really think a one star review is necessary? I’m with you Neil. This just goes to show you. Some people will complain just to complain. Even after somebody tries to make it right! If that happened to me, I’m sure I would be upset, but posting a 1 star review for the entire company? My issues with Barefoot Spas customer service have lasted the course of an entire month. I just don’t have the patience for this. That’s why I posted a 1 star review, so I’m not complaining just to complain! The electrician I hired made a few changes to the connection last week, and since then everything works including the new keypad… This could very well have been my fault (or my brother in-law’s fault actually), but nonetheless, I’m not happy having to go through all this. Yet, you still have a 1 star review posted? Looking back now, maybe a 1 star review for barefoot spas was a little harsh. We DO love the spa now that it works. I would change it to a 4 star, however, I do not know how to do that on this forum. Anyone know how to do that?

Had my barefoot spa for one full year now and we love it. We got a very good deal on it when we bought it from a hot tub spa expo show. I don’t know much about hot tubs, but I can say it’s way better than my neighbors Hot Spring hot tub and cost a lot less when I bought it at the show last year!

Our experience with the salesperson at the store was not good, but the barefoot spa itself is ok, and we are happy with it. I still remember to this day. VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE! It was a used spa when we bought it last year. It is a 2012 model.
We got a really good deal, and again we love it. Thing is we’ve had a few unexpected challenges. Had to replace the pump motor because the store only did a 90 day warranty. It crapped out after about 11 months of ownership. Got the new pump put in yesterday and we are back up and running. Over all cost: $550. I work in wholesale and wish I had a connect in hot tub parts like with a manufacturer or supplier, but couldnt find a deal. Plus, I had to pay the store where I bought it to put it in. Wasn’t happy about that to say the least.
