After trying with no success to get our spa fixed from the pool and spa store where we bought it, Matt from Barefoot Spas stepped in and bent over backwards to make things right. The issues with the spa were not the fault of Barefoot Spas, and they were in fact completely our retailers fault. Matt stepped in and took care of us. The pool store went out of business and Barefoot Spas came to our rescue. We’re happy with the way things turned out. While I would like to give Barefoot Spas 5 stars on this review we will have to settle for 3. While our spa is very nice, and the manufacturer was accommodating, their retail network is sub standard and not worthy of a positive review by any means.
