Barefoot Spas gets 5 stars from us!
If you have never owned a hot tub before, you gotta try it. You don’t know how relaxed you feel until you get in the spa and enjoy the water. Our Barefoot Spa is great. We got it because I had a neck injury at work and my chiropractor recommended hot water therapy. The Barefoot Spas PB7 has all kinds of therapy. Pretty much head to toe as they say. It’s the best hot tub I’ve ever used or seen. I feel lucky to have it in my backyard. So, obviously, Barefoot Spas gets 5 stars from us!

Barefoot Spa pump
Had the Barefoot Spa for 10 months. We had a noisy pump motor that kept locking up. The technician fixed it once, then it broke again, then he fixed it again, and now it works again. This was all covered under Barefoot Spas warranty. Hoping this will last this time.
The spa is really nice. We like everything about it. The people that answer the phone about fixing it have been pretty good too. Just wish I didn’t have to deal with it, but oh well. It is a lot nicer and works better than my old hot tub that we only got a year out of it then it died on us.

Extensive warranty
We saw a few different brands at the home show in Abilene, but we went with Barefoot Spas for the low price, the extensive warranty, and all American made. The spa is very relaxing, and helps with my back pain. The spa has 60 jets, a lounger, LED lights, and fountain water fall jets. It’s an amazing spa except for the two jets we have that come out and we find them floating at the bottom from time to time. We called and they are sending replacements as we speak.

Only one complaint about Barefoot Spas
We are very happy with our hot tub. It works wonders on our aches and pains. We feel like we got a good deal when we saw them at the home show, and all is well with the spa.

The only complaint I have about Barefoot Spas is when I got my hot tub delivered, it did not come with an owners manual. Call me old fashioned, but I like to have a booklet printed to come with everything I own so I can file it away. Instead, they make you go to the website and print it off. I will say, when I called, they were nice enough to print one off for me and mail it to me. That really meant a lot. I just like to have everything organized. I do the same thing with everything I buy!

Energy efficient insulation
We live up in Vermont. And in case you didn’t know, up here there is a serious amount of cold and snow in the winter time. We drove all the way to western Mass to get our tub at a show, and decided on Barefoot Spas. Main reason is the insulation. Our old spa that is no longer with us, and died a slow painful death, was absolutely horrible in the cold. We were paying over $120 a month to keep the thing running! We were not about to let that happen again. Barefoot claims they have the best insulation in the world. I don’t know if I would go that far, because I’ve only owned two hot tubs. I cant compare it to all the hot tubs in the world, but I do know our new hot tub is saving us close to $80 a month! Lesson learned! With hot tubs, its best to not go cheap! The second time around, we wised up, spent some money, got something that’s gonna last, and I don’t have to take out a loan to pay my power bill!

Good value hot tub

Good value hot tub
My Barefoot Spa is still working really good after I’ve had it for a few years now, so I would say that it’s pretty durable and made it through some New Jersey winters. I kept pretty good care of it. It doesn’t have any marks or scuffs. It isn’t that cheap, but the experience has been worth the costs. This makes the over all value of the hot tub fairly good I guess. If I used it more often it would be even better. My wife and daughter use it more than I do, so that helps a lot too for making everyone feel better, and making me not regret buying the thing.

Our Barefoot Spas PB7 really rocks
We were a bit apprehensive about this purchase because of where we bought it at the hot tub show at the fairgrounds. We only heard of Barefoot Spas from the magazine on the airplane. Never saw one in person. Once we did, and we went through the whole thing there at the show place, we felt pretty good about it, and decided to go for it.

We are glad we purchased a Barefoot Spa over the one we saw on craigslist. We love it. My sister bought one as well. We like ours better. She got different brand. I think its called a tiger something. Hers plugs in to a regular outlet. It was really cheap, and the jets don’t even push that hard. Our jets are awesome! Our Barefoot Spas PB7 really rocks!

I love my Barefoot Spas PB7
Can you say neck massage???? I love my Barefoot Spas PB7 for this reason. I had two vertebrae placed in my neck plus 9 screws there. My doctor recommended hot water therapy. I found Barefoot Spas at a traveling hot tub show. I dealt with a sale person named Dan. He said this is the spa tub he owned before, so we took his word for it, bought it, and we absolutely love it! So glad we diced to get the option with the neck and shoulder therapy seats in the owners. Thats the best part. I can’t imagine my hot tub not having this feature. To anyone reading this that has neck or shoulder issues, you gotta consider Barefoot Spas and specifically the Barefoot Spas PB7. Outstanding!

Highly Recommend Barefoot

This is a well built hot tub. I made sure of that before I bought it, because the last hot tub I had was a piece of junk! After a couple years the insulation was falling out, and the pumps both went out around the same time. It was a constant battle with that thing, and a battle i don’t have to fight anymore because this time I made a real investment and got a real hot tub.

My barefoot is built to last… I can tell. I’ve had it for about a year and I can already tell a difference in my electric bill with the mylar insulation they use now. Also, the pumps are bigger (5 hp I think), compared to my old one. When you open the spa up from the side, you can see how the frame is put together like a tank, and the mylar insulation completely wraps everything. I opened it the other night when it was cool out, and it felt like opening an oven door. I guess thats the whole idea. Sort of a greenhouse affect. Anyway, Im glad I found this hot tub. I already feel the benefits, and it’s leaps and bounds from it’s predecessor.

One of my jets already broke

I don’t know if this is a warranty issue, but one of my jets already broke. I’ve only had the spa for 3 weeks. Not happy about that. I called the service tech on the phone, and first he said it’s my water causing the jet to break, didn’t even listen to me, and told me to drain the spa and start over. I had to raise my voice a little for him to understand what I was saying. I’ve worked in customer service before, and I know how it is. People complain, I get it, but you have to listen too! A girl at the same place called me back later in the day, and it looks like it is a defective jet. Well, I would hope so! I’ve owned the thing less than a month! They said they’re sending out a new jet tomorrow, and I should get tracking info. We’ll see if it gets here…

Our Barefoot Spa draws us together as a family

We bought our Barefoot Spa model PB8 a few months ago, and our entire family enjoys it on almost a daily basis. We were nervous about how our 16 month old son, and our 6 year old daughter would react to the new spa, but they might enjoy it more than we do (though that is highly unlikely). It is such a great way to relax with friends, and all the newfound friends you will get. It also is a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening with your family. As crazy as it may sound, but our hot tub has
